What a PDRN mask is for

Brands position a PDRN face mask as a hydration and appearance-focused skincare product. Medicube says its hydrogel supports the moisture barrier, ESW Beauty claims hydration and barrier support, and Biodance markets renewal, glow, moisture and firming. These are attributed product claims, not established benefits of every mask carrying the ingredient. Our PDRN overview provides broader ingredient context.

The formula matters alongside PDRN. Medicube says its mask contains salmon PDRN and low-molecular collagen; ESW Beauty lists ginseng PDRN, polyglutamic acid, niacinamide and panthenol. Rael attributes moisture retention to hyaluronic acid in its formula. Those ingredient combinations mean a finished mask's reported effects cannot simply be assigned to PDRN alone.

Published-on-page test results need their own caveats. Medicube identifies its figures as an excerpt from a clinical test report and says individual results vary. Rael describes a two-week study while presenting results as occurring after one use. These brand reports do not establish universal PDRN mask benefits or demonstrate that every listed formula performs alike.

Medicube lists medicube Salmon PDRN Pink Collagen Jelly Gel Mask, medicube PDRN Pink Peptide Ampoule Mask, medicube PDRN Pink Caffeine Overnight Wrapping Mask, medicube PDRN Pink Vita Coating Sheet Mask and medicube PDRN Pink Tension Up Mask. Their names distinguish gel, ampoule, sheet and overnight wrapping options; they do not establish equivalent formulas or instructions.

Mediheal lists Mediheal Rose PDRN Essential Mask Healthy Glow, Mediheal PDRN Wrapping Serum Lifting Mask and Mediheal Rose PDRN Bio Seconderm Mask_Lifting. Other listings include Dr.Reju-All Advanced PDRN Rejuvenating Mask, Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Mask Sheet 5pcs, VT Cosmetics PDRN Hydrogel Mask 4ea and VT Cosmetics PDRN Daily Mask. The mixsoon store also lists a PDRN collagen hydrogel mask.

Anua lists Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum Mask alongside Anua PDRN Collagen Melting Patch For Glass Skin 4ea and Anua PDRN Collagen Melting Patch For Neck 4ea; the neck patch is not a full-face mask. What PDRN amounts on labels mean

The PDRN amounts listed here are brand claims, not measurements we verified. Mediheal states that its PDRN Wrapping Serum Lifting Mask contains 18,902 ppm PDRN; Dr.Reju-All states that its Advanced PDRN Rejuvenating Mask contains 1,200 ppm. Those figures describe claimed ingredient amounts. A higher figure is not established as evidence of better results.

A large number can refer to something other than PDRN. Sephora describes a 600,000 PPM caviar complex in the Biodance mask, while its ingredient list separately specifies caviar water at 587,579 ppm, caviar extract at 60 ppm and sodium DNA at 60 ppb. Do not read the caviar-complex figure as the mask's PDRN concentration or compare it directly with another brand's PDRN claim.

Ingredient origin is another separate label question. Medicube describes its PDRN as DNA extracted from salmon. ESW Beauty says its mask uses ginseng PDRN, which it describes as a vegan alternative derived from ginseng DNA. Equivalent performance between these materials is not established here. The listed mask prices run from $5.99 to $47.04, but the packages are not equivalent. On October 8, 2026, medicube Salmon PDRN Pink Collagen Jelly Gel Mask was $5.99 for 28 g, and ESW Beauty's Dose of Moisture Hydrating Hydrogel PDRN Face Mask was $5.99. Mediheal Rose PDRN Bio Seconderm Mask_Lifting was $47.04 for 10 ea. This is a spread of purchase prices, not a comparison of cost per application.

Pack size changes the comparison. Mediheal Rose PDRN Essential Mask Healthy Glow was $8.80 for 4 pack; Genabelle PDRN Rejuvenating Mask Sheet 5pcs was $16.00 for 5 pcs; VT Cosmetics PDRN Daily Mask was $20.74 for 30 sheets. Medicube's overnight wrapping formula was $24.00 for 75 ml. Where the recorded listing omits a size, this guide does not invent one.

Treat the table as a dated store snapshot, not a promise about checkout prices. Several official listings were marked down when checked. The mixsoon listing records 35 g even though its product name includes 35g*5ea, so that size field should not be silently rewritten. Retailer search results establish that listings existed, but their prices and sellers were not checked.

Choose by format, package contents and the exact product instructions before comparing PDRN claims. A PDRN gel mask, a sheet pack and an overnight wrapping formula are different purchase options in the official listings. Compare those details in the table, then use the product directory if you also want to look beyond masks rather than treating every PDRN product as interchangeable.

Use ingredient preferences to narrow the options, without assuming they predict results. ESW Beauty describes its hydrogel as vegan and fragrance-free. Medicube says its gel mask is free from artificial colors and describes it as dermatologist-tested and low irritation. Those brand descriptions do not rule out a reaction. For allergies or skin conditions, ask a board-certified dermatologist.

How to use it

Follow the exact mask's directions; there is no shared wear time in these sources. Medicube's daytime directions say to apply its gel mask after toner or serum for 3–4 hours or until transparent, while its FAQ gives 1–4 hours depending on skin condition. Its overnight directions place the mask at the end of the routine, with removal in the morning.

Other masks have different directions. Rael says to apply its mask after cleansing and toner or serum, remove the film, place the patterned side against skin, and wear it for 30–60 minutes or until translucent. Sephora recommends the Biodance mask at the end of the routine, overnight or for three to four hours. Its disclosures say to avoid eye contact and discontinue use if irritation occurs; seek a board-certified dermatologist if irritation becomes severe.
